Jonathan is a longstanding Surrey resident, having lived in Virginia Water since 2009.

A senior property lawyer by profession, Jonathan has represented Virginia Water on Runnymede Borough Council since 2019 and since May 2021, the Division of Foxhills, Thorpe and Virginia Water on Surrey County Council.

Jonathan currently serves on Surrey’s Planning and Regulatory Committee and on the Communities, Environment and Highways Select Committee.
